We're approximately 30 minutes from downtown San Jose, Santa Clara, and Sunnyvale — and about 45 minutes from Palo Alto and San Francisco. It's close enough for a comfortable morning drive, far enough that your team genuinely feels like they've left work behind. Many Bay Area and Silicon Valley companies make us their go-to corporate retreat venue for exactly this reason.

What types of corporate retreats and team offsites do you host?

We host the full range — strategy offsites, executive retreats, leadership workshops, all-hands gatherings, team-building days, innovation sessions, quarterly planning retreats, and company milestone celebrations. The space is flexible: the 2,000 sq ft deck can be configured for presentations, roundtables, breakout groups, or open receptions. We work with your event planner or help you design the flow directly.

How many people can you accommodate for a corporate offsite?

Up to 100 guests. The venue works beautifully for intimate executive retreats of 15–20 people as well as larger team events. Tables and chairs are included and can be configured to suit your agenda — classroom-style for workshops, boardroom-style for strategy sessions, or open for team building and socializing.

Can we do a full-day corporate retreat or multi-session offsite?

Absolutely — full-day bookings are our most popular corporate retreat format. Your team has exclusive access to the entire 4-acre property from morning through evening, giving you the flexibility to run structured sessions, break for lunch outdoors, take nature walks through the orchard or creek path, and wind down with an evening fire pit gathering. Weekday rates start at $2,500, with full-day options available.

What makes Living Well different from other Bay Area corporate retreat venues?

Most corporate retreat venues are hotel conference rooms dressed up with nicer chairs. Living Well is a completely different experience — private, outdoor, surrounded by redwoods and open sky, with sweeping views of Monterey Bay that remind people why the work actually matters.
